Such a beautiful setup and once my daughter and I entered we were welcomed with friendly faces and instantly felt comfortable. Natalie is absolutely amazing, she listened to what I needed, gave me options with explanations and explained what would work best. She has a very calming nature that makes it easy to trust her with your hair. She fixed up my hair and gave me tips on how to style it and take care of it. My daughter loved the experience and can't wait to go cut hair again. Zodwa is an absolute gem that has amazing hands. Thank you to the Sass-Studio team! We will be back soon!

Michelle has all the patience in the world, walked into the salon this morning with a disaster on my head and Michelle helped me straight away, and took all her time trying to correct what a box dye had done. I walked out with a smile, thank you for your patience and all of your help. I recommend this salon, great service all round.
