I feel stylist was over booked. Did not feel she had attention on me. Had I felt she had time to dry and style, I would have seen didn't get the layering I asked for. But if I had asked for more to be done, I know one client or two would have been waiting. Have been using this establishment for more tha 10 years, have had better experiences.

Always a great haircut experience! I've gone to Carol for a while, and just had to keep going to her for my haircuts when she moved studios and started Arkham. Most recently I decided to do a style based on a game character, and she absolutely nailed the look! I'm going to be rocking this style for quite a while, but I'll definitely be going to her for its upkeep!

Angie was wonderful as she always is! She me outside at the new location and guided me in with a warm welcome. I left with a great cut and style, knowing that Angie will never let me down. Going back on August 1st with my daughter!

I had highlights in my hair and my hair looks much better. I have had bad luck with getting color or highlights in a salon due to brassiness or ashy color. It turned out nice today. I would recommend Tammy for hair coloring . Im sure she does good work cutting hair and nails with her experience.

Tammy always does a fabulous job with my hair! She listens to my concerns and what I'm looking for and I love the way she cuts it and styles it. Even the shampoo just makes me feel better! Now if only I could style it like she does and make it look just as good at home!
