Excellent service and my stylist are always on time, she is very polite and listens to the style requested and ensure her clients are pleased with the results. I recommend not just the stylist but the Salon to anyone looking for a peaceful place to relax and get their hair done. The Salon is always clean, the bathroom is clean, and you get a relaxed spa like atmosphere to sit and get your hair done.

I had a wonderful experience from getting my daughter‘s hair washed to working with the beautician on how I wanted her hair to be done. The salon is clean and inviting and creates a nice atmosphere to sit and relax while you wait for your appointment. The time and care that was put into the service was greatly appreciated as we did not feel rushed. The style was exactly what I expected and my daughter was very happy. I will be making an appointment for myself to get my hair done in the coming week. I would definitely recommend this placeto anyone looking for a professional stylist and salon.

Megan is so patient and listens to what my son wants, telling him the pros and cons to each style and cut. She takes time to get to know her clients, and my son trusts her. He won’t let anyone else cut his hair.

I enjoyed the service; and was perfect to get an appointment when I wanted! Laura was knowledgeable and sweet. The price for a cut and style was kinda high I thought; but I haven't had a haircut in two years so maybe not 🤑

Meghan is simply awesome. She gives you exactly the style you ask for. Both my sons go to her because she knows just how to cut young men's hair. She is a color artist too! I get so many compliments about my highlights and lowlights. Makes me feel like a million bucks!

My ends look so much better after I got my hair trimmed by CoCoa! My ends were looking a mess and she did a great job with trimming my raggedy, bushy, uneven ends! My hair is so much more manageable now and easier to work with! Now my ends are nice and even and detailed! I'm very happy and pleased with how my ends turned out! 😃 CoCoa will make sure that it's nice and even ALL around and will take her time to get it right. She doesn't rush. I also got my hair washed and conditioned. AND she made sure that I did not walk out with my hair looking jacked up, lol! She made sure it was clean! 😊

The customer service is great. The salon is very clean and the staff is very professional. Nevertheless Lisa is the best stylist that I've met since I've been in Richmond. Her prices is very reasonable, and she will try to accommodate you as much as possible.

I had a very positive experience at Lisa House of Beauty. First, I had an excellent shampoo. The lady was very thorough and the shampoo was invigorating and relaxing at the same time. Lisa, my hair stylist did an AWESOME job on my hair. It was exactly what I wanted - silk press and curl. She was pleasant and focused on pleasing her customers. Lisa and shop staff were very helpful. This was my first time going to this shop and will definitly return.
