Was regular here when school was located in downtown Hartford almost 10years ago. Decided to check it out again as alternative to barbershop to save money. Just came from wethersfield location. Had hard time finding place&GPS wasn't really helpful in pinpointing exact location! One of the people in charge guided me rest of way. Really appreciate her assistance! The student who took care of me did excellent job! Really knew what he was doing!

Great experience overall. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and pleasant, everyone moving around me seemed very upbeat. Gus did my cut and blow dry and did an excellent job. Very attentive to what I wanted done including the more unique tweaks to my style. I will be booking again and recommending to others.

Made a appointment for the Plainville campus. The educational staff and students welcomes me immediately. Always professional. The shampoo Blow-dry , She explained everything in detail, even remembered the nape of my neckline, great brushing. Blow-dry n styling tools as well products she used. Blow-dry was awesome.

Had a phenomenal experience with Zazie for a partial highlight — not only was the color beautiful, but she also recommended a face-framing cut that gave me the exact look I didn’t even know I was seeking. She’s such a sweet person, and knowledgeable. She educated me on exactly how to recreate the blowdry/style at home. I’m so happy with my hair. Thank you Zazie.

I had a fantastic experience at IIC in Plainville. I saw Sabina for wash, cut, and blow-dry. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and did everything wish such care. The instructors Ms Keisha and Ms Kayvonna checked on us frequently, which made me feel confident in the entire process. This was my first time visiting a school for this type of service and it was absolutely worth it.
