Amazballs! Overall good customer service took 4 hours to get my hair to be perfect! Angel (Anju) was my stylist today & she showed nothing but professionalism & I enjoyed her doing my hair. She didn’t rush & she took her time 😌 I will definitely be visiting more often for all HÃĪṞ & beauty needs they are my go to salon/Palour !! A+++++++ HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My hair was done by Sepora and she did an amazing job! As someone with long islander hair it was great to have someone who knew how to deal with my kind of hair. Although she specialises in highlights, she did an amazing job with styling and cutting my hair. I was very satisfied with the outcome as well as her customer service. A very comfortable and enjoyable experience. I will definitely be rebooking for my next cut!

In love with my hair, Alex worked his magic and I'm so happy with it, he gave me all the advice, explained what he could do with my hair and I feel amazing, first time getting a balayage and would definitely return back to Alex for another. First time customer with THICK, FRIZZY, SAMOAN hair! Safe to say, I will happily have Dee and her experienced crew as my hairstylists from now on. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a beautiful smile and offered a drink. Consultation was given with honesty, precision, clear communication to ensure Dee and I were on the same page. Dee saw my vision and ran with it, with no hesitation. Outcome was absolutely brilliant, blew my expectations out the waters. I am very happy with my full head of highlights. Sepora & Trevor were so nice from the moment I arrived, clearing up any queries I had about services and what was going on throughout the day. Going in I was nervous about how my hair was going to turn out but seeing how the team works together, with June included, asking for second opinions and such made me feel more at ease. This was arguably the best experience I’ve had at a hair salon in NZ. Despite Jay’s busyness, she took the time to do an excellent job with absolute patience and care. I didn’t feel this young and good about myself in a long while- definitely worth the 30 min trip

I had a fantastic experience with the hairdresser who styled my baby's hair! They were gentle, patient, and incredibly skilled. My baby looked adorable and the haircut turned out even better than I expected. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a caring and talented hairdresser for their little one.

I walked into Kess express mangere with bushy hair that had been neglected since I became a mum. How bad my hair was is evident in the hours that took them to make my hair look so beautiful, straight, light and shiny! Literally 1.30pm to about after 7pm at night, way past their closing time. I am so grateful and just full of positive feedback, for their patience and attention to detail from each of the staff that worked on my hair! 3 in total!
