Carlee’s customer service was lovely. She ensured that she informed you of everything step she would take in you. She remembers to ask if you are comfortable and always asks if there’s anything else she can do for you. My hair is neat! Parts a crisp. I love it!

I felt so relaxed...Her hands are so smooth and light. She doesn't speak much. She checks in to make sure you are ok but she allows you to Savour the moment and take in everything.

Blessed hands! It's not tight, I can lay my head and not worry about pain. Nice and neat and explains the steps as we go along. Very interactive and customer service is excellent! Highly recommend her if u are interested in braiding!!!!
