My 4yr old daughter had a hair cut with Hope. She was lovely and asked her as well as myself what she wanted. She was so calm with my daughter and this kept her calm too. Thank you- I have 1 happy girl!

First time visiting here today Jess did an amazing cut and blow dry made my hair look amazing it now has shape in it have booed in for nanos next week am really looking forward to it I would definitely recommend staff are amazing think this will be my permanent hair salon now I’m from Walsall but it’s worth the travel thank u Jess x

Amazing experience from Hannah! To say that she has transformed my hair would be an understatement. I came in with split ends and no style to my hair whatsoever feeling really unconfident. Really good. Jen discusses how my hair has been since the last cut and whether I would like to make any changes. She gives me her thoughts when asked and is very professional.

I had such a great experience with Hope. She really listened to what I wanted, gave thoughtful suggestions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. The cut and blow dry turned out even better than I imagined—it looks fresh, modern, and easy to maintain. On top of that, the atmosphere was welcoming, and I never felt rushed. I had my hair restyled from a long Bob into a pixie cut by Lucy. I am delighted with the result, Lucy put me at ease immediately, listened patiently and took the time to talk me through the process step by step. She also demonstrated a drying and styling technique, which was very helpful. Lucy is both friendly and professional, and I’ve already booked my next appointment with her!
