My experience at your salon in Pontypridd today was amazing. My stylist Kelly is always friendly. Her attention to detail is fantastic and she always blowdries and curls my hair to finish. I had highlights today and I am extremely pleased with them. I explained what I wanted and they have exceeded my expectations!. Tracy was also a fantastic help. Thank you 😊

Very nervous when I went in, but that's soon went, the nicest girl made me feel at ease straight away. Will definitely be booking motr treatments.

Lovely, friendly salon... such a nice atmosphere and great vibe....They even have a menu with drinks and snacks ✨️ Summa and her co-workers are all amazing and friendly. Summa did a fabulous job, a lovely toner, wash and blow-dry... Highly recommend this place.

Amazing!!!! I have had many treatments with lau and wouldn’t go anywhere else from the time you walk in she’s so welcoming and makes you feel at ease. There’s lots of treatments that she offers and at fantastic prices….. best Ive been to.

I had a bit of an issue with my appointment but it was all sorted out quickly with a complimentary treatment. I had a different stylist in the end but I loved the outcome. Trish was super friendly, super precise with my hair cut. I really loved that about her, she ensured no stray hair was left poking out and my ends were evenly cut. I would definitely recommend Trish to anyone who needs a new style. I also love that they offer refreshments because I really needed a cup of tea and it really finished the experience.

This was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had at a hairdresser! The staff were welcoming, and Alaan did a fantastic job with my cut and colour. He gave excellent professional advice tailored to my style and he was great to talk to (about everything!). The service was top-notch—complimentary hot drinks were included with my service, and they even give out free samples and a loyalty rewards card. Alaan made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. I'm overall very happy and will definitely be back!

My 1st visit for an updo with Charlotte Cripps,such a lovely talented girl…she made me feel so welcome & at ease.My hair was amazing & I had many compliments.It actually looked the same coming home at 11 pm as it did at 10am in the morning…definitely recommend 10/10

Excellent, Trish was amazing! I haven't been to the hairdressers for 25 years but she made me feel at ease from start to finish. She made an amazing job cutting and styling my hair and paid so much attention to detail, I ended up with exactly what I asked for. Trish made me feel really positive about myself, I had such a lovely experience, I'll definitely be back soon! Thank you Xx

As always was a lovely warm welcoming atmosphere. All the staff are friendly. I am always changing colours and styles and they do everything to accommodate me. Claire was amazing as always. Listened to what I wanted and gave good advice. Can’t recommend enough.
