Really lovely, enjoyable experience. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and made to feel very welcome. Rob was great and explained everything from how/why he was cutting my hair in a certain way, to what products he was using and why, and the end result was wonderful. My hair stylist is Max and I always feel raxed when I go to refresh my hair color as I know I am in hands of professional who knows what he is doing.
