Megan is an absolute superstar and I am so grateful for her skills and expertise! My hair looks the best it has ever looked since becoming her client. I had the Japanese hair straightening. It was a fantastic experience and the staff are really friendly. Lin and Shafiq did an amazing job and I'm really happy with the results. Felt really comfortable will definitely rebook with them when I need a top up. ❤️

Nicky is an outstanding hairdresser. Her technical skills are incredible and most importantly she listens to what I want whilst offering her knowledge and expertise. Every appointment I am amazed at the end result. Her attention to detail is something else and her ability to create a style that I love but also has a manageable upkeep is always appreciated. She is the only hairdresser I would trust with mine, my daughters and my mums hair!

I want to say a huge thank you to Emily and Kerys, who went above and beyond during my last appointment. I was told at the last minute that I’d need to join a work call during my visit, and these two lovely ladies made sure everything ran smoothly. They timed the application of my hair dye perfectly so I could step away for the call, and even arranged a quiet space for me to take it. They could see I was feeling nervous, and they did everything they could to help me feel calm and comfortable. Their kindness and professionalism truly made all the difference—thank you both so much!

Akilah always understands the ask and always gives her genuine view as to what her client can expect to achieve on their ask, what is achievable and how the ask can be managed. She's great at listening to the customer and giving advice on any hair related questions the customer has. I have curly hair and Akilah delivered exactly what I asked, whilst also suggesting what I could consider for the best result. Her styling is always ace as well. I recommend Akilah to everyone I know. She is a brilliant hairdresser.
