I normally have Kim however she was off sick, Nichola asked if would be happy for Lucy to do my hair. Lucy is very thorough with colouring a full head, blow drying and straightening. I would 200% recommend Lucy, she’s a lovely polite girl 😊

I usually come every 5 weeks or so to Simply Hair and Beauty Lounge for waxing - experience is always 10/10. Laura is incredible, always friendly and helps you to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the services she provides. Today I decided to treat myself and booked a facial - WOW. Experience could not have been better. Relaxing environment, really comfy cozy bed with fluffy blanket. The products smelled amazing and the techniques that Laura used felt so calming and good for my skin. Would 100% recommend. ❤️

Thoroughly relaxing experience - Jade incorporated relaxation techniques within hairdressing schedule - absolutely loved the relaxation music and aromatherapy oil & hot water bottle for added warmth! Hair looks fabulous too as always! Thank you - would thoroughly recommend!

Laura is absolutely lovely and so thorough with my waxes. Even if the wax doesn’t pick up a few hairs, she will go back with tweezers and get them for me. Every appointment I have with her is one that I sincerely look forward to!

As always a friendly atmosphere where you are made to feel welcome. The hairdressers are very experienced. I have never been kept waiting and when I have my hair colour on , half an hour waiting means half an hour before your rinsed not an hour as I have had to wait at other salons where they are fitting in other customers.

Always a great experience visiting Ellie, very relaxed and friendly environment and my hair is perfection - two sets of tape extensions and full head of highlights with olaplex, Ellie really listens to how you want your hair, gives great advice and is very experienced. I've been going to Jade for years, and she’s always done a fantastic job with my hair. After a disappointing wedding hair trial with another stylist, Jade stepped in like an absolute lifesaver and travelled up to the Lakes to do mine and my bridal party’s hair. She quickly arranged a trial, and I felt instantly relieved - it was exactly what I wanted. On the morning, Jade was incredible and everyone looked amazing! She stayed until we walked out the door. Her experience left us so calm, and you could tell she really cared about making us look beautiful and confident. Thank you so much Jade!
