I normally always have Ruby but Karla needed models and I took the plunge, so glad I did, she absolutely smashed it and you wouldn’t think she’s a trainee! Made me feel so comfortable, gave me options and alternatives throughout the process and talked through everything she was doing! I spent 5.5 hours with Karla and there was NOT a dull moment or any awkward silences, I literally felt like I was there 5 minutes, time flies when you’re having fun! She’s the most bubbly, down to earth girl and I adore her. She will go far in the hair industry and I wish her every success ❤️ Thank-you Karla! Xx

From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel completely at ease (and yes, there’s always a drink offered!). The results speak for themselves—gorgeous styling every time, and my extensions last up to 12 months without losing a single strand. I can’t recommend her enough!

After many disappointing experiences with hair extensionists, I was nervous, but Liv immediately made me feel at ease with her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. I’ve just left my fitting and I’m absolutely blown away. Liv transformed my shoulder-length, frizzy hair into beautiful, natural-looking 20-inch extensions that blend seamlessly. I feel like a completely new person, pretty, confident, and finally happy with my hair. Liv took the time to answer all my questions, and even continues the support once you have left the salon. Her home salon is beautiful and incredibly relaxing.

Always a fantastic service from the girls at aurora , Shannon is a fantastic colourist and makes light work of creating a master piece. The apprentices are always well mannered and chat and give a relaxing hair wash , everyone is friendly and welcoming.
