I decided to book a 1-1 styling lesson because I’ve never fully understood how to style my hair properly and worried about damaging it in the process. My lesson with Kaitlyn was super informative and interactive, she demonstrated how to curl my hair on one side then allowed me to repeat the process on myself at the other side. I did struggle at first but Kaitlyn was incredibly patient and concise. She also showed what products and techniques I needed to use to prep and set the hair. Absolutely wonderful experience! Last time I had Beth who did an amazing job, and this time I was with Sally; both - actually all - members of staff are so lovely and make you feel welcome straight away. Sally was very attentive and I was given ample time to explain what I wanted - a bixie with no fringe and not too many layers. She understood my requests perfectly and I am still in awe of the results! It’s exactly what I hoped for! I was well-catered for with a hot drink, relaxing hair wash and privacy screen as a hijabi :) Thank you!
