This was my first time visiting and Emily did an incredible job. She took her time, was attentive throughout and was so nice and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. My hair looked absolutely amazing afterwards, smooth, shiny and beautifully styled. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a perfect wash and blow-dry!

I have been getting my hair cut at Outline by Kay for a couple years now, I have curly/ wavy texture and have found it a real struggle to find a hairdresser that understands how to cut curls without using a million products and styling methods. Kay is absolutely fantastic, she really listens to what you're looking for and asks questions, she's interested in what you want rather than trying to quickly assume. And my hair has never been happier! For as long as I live in Edinburgh I won't go anywhere else - I couldn't recommend Outline or Kay more.

My first haircut in Edinburgh - and Aileen was just fabulous! As a blonde long hair girlie with thick (and frankly just a lot of) hair it’s always hard to find a new hair artist. She understood immediately what I wanted (also discussed colour for a future appointment) and I’m so happy with the cut. Everyone in the salon was so friendly as well. I’m more than excited to return for a bit of a colour change! See you soon 🙂🙂

Amazing just amazing! Brooke is the best hairdresser ever she is quick, efficient, understands just what you want, and has amazing attention to detail. There has never been a time where I’ve been frustrated or didn’t like the work she has done, and she always advices me the best way she can about hairstyles. She’s just out of this world and if I ever move from Edinburgh I’ll have to come back every once in a while to get my hair done.

Kym was so lovely and welcoming. I was late and she was more than accommodating. I’m new to Edinburgh and so went in blind but couldn’t have picked a better hairdresser! I have been coming to see Denise regularly for the last couple of years (brows +Brazilian) and cannot recommend her more. She makes you feel comfortable, is aware of your skin type and the premises is spotless. I'm moving away from edinburgh and finding someone with the same standards is going to be a tall order!

Always leave Abbie after a cut and blow dry feeling 10 inches taller. Really appreciate how she deals with my heavy thick straight hair and makes it feel so much lighter, flattering, and more manageable. She's created such a beautiful, chilled out space in her new salon - I can't wait to go back!
