Had a wash and blow dry with Phoebe and had 2 Dutch braids put in as I was having major surgery the next day. The plaits had stayed put for over 3 days until I was well enough to wash my hair in hospital. really took the stress off doing my hair and having to deal with a mum bun in hospital so to wake up with styled hair made me feel so much better

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Erin was fabulous. She did my blow dry and curl exactly as i wanted it . Evan was very polite, courteous and professional. Very hospital offered me a latte made sure that I felt comfortable. Would definitely recommend Erin. Thanks for a fabulous New Year's Eve treatment Will definitely come again

I came in with a few ideas and desperate need for change and Saira delivered. Such a professional style and cut which looks amazing. I love that she accommodates by accepting appointments on sunday as well. I know how scary it is trusting new hairdressers with your hair but i’m so glad I did and I will be coming again. Saira was also generous enough to blow dry my hair as well even though I only came in for a dry cut so I could see how nicely and how voluminous my new cut is.

I’d booked with Chris for a restyle . From the minute I walked in I felt welcomed and relaxed. Chris took time to get to know what I wanted and showed me a style that was perfect. When cutting my hair he explained why he was styling it for my hair type and showed me how to use products correctly. Every step was clearly explained by Chris not just the how but why to get the best results. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed, the team obviously work well together and learn from each other . I couldn’t be happier with my restyle , it suits me but is also achievable for me to do at home

I highly recommend Treat Hair and Beauty in Coventry and specifically Natasha for anyone looking to get a perm and haircut for their son. I went in with my son for a short back and side skin fade and was blown away by how great of a job Natasha did. The end result was even better than what I had expected and my son walked out feeling so confident. The salon itself has a great atmosphere, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, a fantastic expericence and we will definietly be returning in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the best experience I’ve had in Coventry. I’ve been a few times now to Hair Lab for hairdressing and I’ve had mani/pedi in the past too. The staff are genuinely lovely people who move heaven and earth to fit you in where they can even if you’ve walked in off the street that day. The first time I came for a haircut last year I had had a botched job somewhere else and they fixed it for me, it looked great afterwards. I’ve since returned for restyles, and most recently a perm and layers. They taught me what products to use on my new curls, and cut the layers to suit my face beautifully.

I had a fantastic experience getting a wash, cut, and blow dry today. I asked for long layers, and the stylist Julie executed the cut perfectly; it was very well done and beautifully styled afterward. Beyond the excellent skill, the staff were lovely, friendly, and made the whole visit enjoyable. I'm really happy with my hair!

Eva was thorough and took her time with my hair. She did an absolutely amazing job with my balayage, cut and blow dry. I am so pleased with the end result. All the ladies in the salon are friendly, helpful and chatty. Would definitely return.
