Felicity was so sweet and my hair looks amazing. I cut it quite a bit because there was a lot of damage and I’m so happy with the result. I didn’t have to overexplain what I wanted, and it turned out exactly as I wanted. The place is also very cozy which is always a bonus 🤩

She added her expert knowledge of what each style or idea would realistically mean for my hair type, lifestyle, and preference for styling methods. So I've left her salon with a lovely hairstyle that not only feels 'like me' once again , but is also manageable with my lifestyle. I also adore the fact that Karen is highly environmentally conscious and uses friendly products, and recycles everything, even the cut hair. Thank you so much!!

I’ve loved having my hair done from the comfort of my own home, in her lovely one-to-one space, and now in this gorgeous salon too. I felt a warm welcome as soon as I stepped through the door; everyone was super friendly.
