I very much enjoyed my experience at this Hair salon. The booking process was very easy to navigate online. The prices are transparent on the website and easy to see, which makes it nice for me to be prepared as to what the costs will be going in. I started with simply going in for a cut but am already booking for the summer for a colour and look forward to see the results. One thing that makes me nervous is I am a new mom with a baby and although I didn't bring my son to this appointment, they were so sweet to suggest bringing my son in next appointment which is so kind and reassuring.

Cas is a true professional. She was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning of my service. My first time visiting Lou Lou’s yesterday. I had an amazing experience. Loved my hair. I walked in on eggshells because I’m very picky with my hair but walked out completely satisfied and happy. We did two hair trials, during which Sarah demonstrated incredible patience and attentiveness. She took the time to thoroughly understand my vision and expectations.
