Fantastic service! We were greeted and seated promptly, and Amy was very thorough and knowledgeable- my son has very tricky hair, and she did a great job thinning it out and styling it properly. I had an excellent experience at the Gentleman's Hair Lounge as I do everytime I go there. All of the hairdressers are extremely skilled and knowledgeable. I've had lots of trouble with my hair and since going to Gentleman's Hair Lounge I've had a hairdresser who knows how to cut my hair properly that flows seamlessly and suits the way in how my hair grows. Furthermore, they explained how lots of hair products that are commonly used can damage and contribute to further hair loss, and as a result used a specific hair product that instead contributes positively to my hair type. 10/10!

I had my pedicure done by Natasha and she was absolutely amazing! She was kind, professional, and really paid attention to detail. My feet have never looked or felt better! Amazing service as always. I came back for a balayage refresh since my last appointment in May 2023. My quality of the balayage was topnotch that I didn't feel the need to refresh since the regrowth blended in so well even after many months. Yasu's detailed consults allowed me to just fully relax during the appointment since I knew he'll get me the results I wanted. The whole appointment was relaxing - from the drinks service, to hair washes and head massages, and to the final styling. I will come back to Hair collection Tokyo over and over again for this level of service and balayage quality.

As usual, tonight I experienced the most professional, friendly & expert service I have ever received from a hairdresser (love my pastel pink). Jess & team go above & beyond to please, & in the 3 years I have attended the beautiful salons Jess owns, I have always left with a big smile on my face & loving my hair. Whilst I am at the salon I see some amazing hair colours & styling generated. Even more amazing is the low cost. I am usually a hairdresser ‘shopper’ but not any more -I haven’t been anywhere else since starting to see Jess & her team. Thank you Jess and co, you are truly amazing!
