Anette not only cuts and colours my hair but she also looks after my daughter. My daughter has corkscrew curls. Anette is so warm and smiley which is so nice for a toddler to feel safe but as a parent, makes me so appreciative of the little extra mile taken. As always, Anette is the best in Newcastle, hands down! Cannot recommend her more highly.

I recently had my hair washed and blow-dried, and this was my third visit to the salon for this service. Each time has been consistently fantastic. I love booking in every three weeks — or before special events — because it helps me feel refreshed, confident, and put together. The service is always professional, relaxing, and finished beautifully. It truly is the best value for money in the Newcastle region. I always leave feeling amazing and already looking forward to my next appointment!

Dallas did a brilliant job at taming my brassy locks! I was a little overdue for my regrowth tint, and the warmth my hair was throwing was exacerbated by the multitude of different colours. Now I have calm, blended and toned hair that is beautifully smoothed after a treatment and great blow dry. Thanks Dallas!

Natae was lovely and did a wonderful job looking after me. The only problem was I didn't know prices had escalated and I was charged $117 for an hour, when I was expecting $75 or so. I had a wash, toner, cut and blow dry. I was wanting to have some colour on my next visit and the lowest cost for the colour was $200. I said that as a pensioner, I could not afford that. I would just have the cut next time. I'm disappointed.

Loved Rachel, the best haircut / new style I've had in years.. Thank you for cutting to my features.

Beautiful salon. I went in with my long hair in a messy bun and...Savannah cut and styled my hair. I felt so good when I was leaving. My hair is long and has layers so I am actually very particular on WHO cuts my hair after having to go short a few years ago after an absolutely atrocious cut from a Senior stylist at another salon. My first visit to see Savannah and I will be back 🤗 I will definitely be returning
