I always walk out of the salon feeling amazing. My hairdresser is incredibly talented, listens to exactly what I want, and somehow makes it even better. The colour, the cut, the styling — everything is done with so much care and skill. She creates such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. This is my second visit to Universo Hair - Santina and Phoebe are always very welcoming and accommodating. Santina is very friendly and I am really pleased with my wash, haircut and blow wave. This is a beautifully presented salon and I especially loved the extremely comfy chairs that you can lean back on to get your hair washed and massaged in. Thankyou and see you next time!
