Literally the best cut and colour of my life and I have been colouring my hair for 35 plus years. It’s also a really nice space and it’s calm and everyone talks to everyone, it’s just a really nice place to be. Lee’s staff are so great, her customers add to the vibes. They all undergo regular training and upskllling and are across latest products, styles, colours, equipment and no one leaves there unhappy. This is literally a hidden gem in the middle of Cheltenham

I always walk out of the salon feeling amazing. My hairdresser is incredibly talented, listens to exactly what I want, and somehow makes it even better. The colour, the cut, the styling — everything is done with so much care and skill. She creates such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. I trust her completely with my hair and couldn’t recommend her more highly.

This is my second visit to Universo Hair - Santina and Phoebe are always very welcoming and accommodating. Santina is very friendly and I am really pleased with my wash, haircut and blow wave. This is a beautifully presented salon and I especially loved the extremely comfy chairs that you can lean back on to get your hair washed and massaged in. Thankyou and see you next time!
