After years of trying to find the right hairdresser for me in Brisbane, I finally found him! I am Italian and know that hairdressers in Italy go through stringent training and get to practise their craft a lot because Italian women go to their salon almost weekly. So I googled for one and found Stefano. I had my first appointment with him today, showed him a photo of my preferred style-cut and he understood immediately what I was after. I now couldn’t be happier with the result. Conversing in Italian with him was an extra bonus. Grazie Stefano, sei un genio. A presto rivederci.

It was my first visit to the salon. Bianca was warm and friendly. She immediately understood my hair concerns and suggested a treatment that would help me regain control of my unruly grey hair. After a cut and style I walked out looking and feeling great. Best part was the head and shoulders massage.

The salon has a beautiful, welcoming atmosphere, but Paddy is the reason I keep coming back. Finding someone who can consistently cut short hair for women is surprisingly difficult, but Paddy makes it look effortless. He’s a true hair sculptor with a great eye for shape and detail. I can simply sit back, relax and trust him to deliver a fantastic cut every time. When I’m ready for a change, he’s great at suggesting subtle ways to keep my style feeling fresh. He’s also genuinely down to earth, easy to talk to and makes every visit a pleasure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR STYLISH SHORT HAIR GIRLIES!

My first time at Cougar Design Italiano and I’ve found my new hairdressers in Brisbane!! Such a wonderful experience. I haven’t dyed my hair for 3 years after being on a healthy hair journey and was worried to but I couldn’t have found a better salon. My balayage is such a beautiful natural blonde and my hair still feels so healthy and soft. I’ve already had compliments on my hair and I only had it done yesterday. Thank you so much ☺️❤️
