A great and thorough pedicure by Katy! At 38 weeks pregnant, my feet needed some TLC to get me over the home stretch. Great combination of restful and easy conversation! The whole staff was very friendly throughout my visit. I will be back!

Nancy was amazing and very pleasant. She reshaped my nails to be more almond shaped like I wanted and had this great sparkly rose gold color I asked for! The deluxe pedicure was amazing and she cleaned my cuticles so well. My feet always get super dry in the winter and she fixed me right up!

Almost half an hour late to start my appointment. This is typically not an issue at your salon. Pedicure itself was great.

They were busy so even though I made a same day appointment I had to wait a little. I was ok with that! The seats for pedicures were easier for me to get into than most (important for a 4’10” human with limited mobility) the basic pedicure included hot stones and a massage. Because of my mobility limitations my nails were gnarly when I started, but the staff were pleasant and non-judgmental. The area it is located is very nice too and if you have family not interested in nail care, watching the ducks on the bridge and eating ice cream is a great way for them to pass the time!

Very friendly staff. Water for pedicure needs to be warmer The person who did my pedicure did not clean under my nails or file enough. I realize that there are different levels of pedicures, but even the basic one should include that.

I had such an incredible experience at Lovely Nails Spa! I work in Pawtuxet Village and heard great reviews about this nail spa & made an appointment for gel x extensions & a standard gel pedicure. Yen did my gel x extensions and was incredibly thorough and detailed. She made me feel so comfortable and made sure I was happy with every step. My nails are absolutely stunning & my fingers look so healthy and beautiful. Overall my experience here was amazing, I am looking forward to my next appointment!

I'm pretty sure I had Nancy, such a lovely woman! Super nice! Usually I just get black and nothing else, but she suggested for me to put a sparkle on top of my pedicure and I love it!

First time here. Small quiet nail salon with great selection of colors. I had an awesome pedicure, I fell asleep. Really nice. Not rushed at all which is the way it should be. I would def recommend to anyone.

I always appreciate the professional work by Nancy. She does an excellent job with my nails and is great to talk to. My only complaint is the place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. There’s a lot of stuff stored behind the pedicure chairs and it looks cluttered, there’s cobwebs and tremendous dust. It really needs to be freshened up. I think a thorough cleaning, declutter and regular cleaning would go a long way to retain /maintain customer satisfaction.

Nancy always does such a great job on my nails. I also enjoy her pedicures. She is a perfectionist and wants you to be happy when you leave, which I am every time.
