I absolutely love going here. Emma and Manda are so nice and approachable they really make you feel welcomed, nothing is too much trouble. Whether you want nails, facials, pedicure, make up and hair done for a special occasion I 100% recommend popping in and asking them about what you need. I promise you'll go back. I know I write this every time but Kate truly is a wizard! I honestly don’t know how she had sculpted brows that I absolutely adore and feel so confident out of brows that had been abused for 20 years plus! As someone who is chronically ill, having that little boost of self care (which seems like a tiny thing) feels massive. Could not recommend her more ❤️

Am really pleased with my hair cut. The time was taken to understand how I wanted it and wasn't rushed. I left feeling like my old self again and the price wasn't bad either ( £28 for a short wash cut and blow dry....my old hairdressers in pontypool charges £40....hence the reason for changing hairdressers) I'd seen a post on Facebook about The Beauty Room and had decided to follow them......and I'm glad I did. Thank You 😊

Wonderful experience very happy with both services, starting off with an excellent pedicure, Emma was even able to build up my broken nail. Then a reflexology therapy which was perfect its so relaxing I didn’t want it to end. Emma is a lovely compassionate professional person who makes you feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you walk in. I can highly recommend her.

I recently visited Makeup Locker for a pedicure, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was welcoming and relaxing. Emma was incredibly professional and friendly, making me feel at ease right away. The attention to detail was impeccable. Absolutely love going here. Staff are wonderful, friendly and nothing seems too much trouble. They do their jobs to perfection. It's not get it done asap and do the next client. They genuinely take their time to ensure you have the best service possible. Truly glad I found this little treasure box. 💯 recommend from tip to toe!! Not a good day personally for me yesterday but I come out feeling better with a smile on my face. Thank you both so much you lovely ladies ❤️ see you soon!!!
