Lucy was very professional. She has a welcoming smile and a brilliant personality which makes you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. The whole experience was amazing. It was my first time having a head spa and Lucy explained everything that was going to happen. As soon as she started I felt the stress dissolving, it was so relaxing and I will be going back and I will definitely be recommending her to my family and friends. I had my eyebrows wax as well and they are just how I like them. The pedicure was the best I have ever had, and my feet feel great. Definitely gets the thumbs up from me

I cannot recommend Desi pedicure service highly enough. She was absolutely amazing with my daughter, who was suffering from a very painful ingrown toenail. From the moment we arrived, she was kind, professional, and incredibly reassuring. She treated my daughter with such care and patience, explaining everything clearly and making her feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Her expertise was evident, and she resolved the problem gently and effectively, providing immediate relief. It's rare to find someone who combines such skill with genuine compassion.

I just have to shout out my amazing nail technician, Alexandra! 🌟 She does an absolutely fantastic job with both her BIAB manicures and pedicures. Azra and her team are fantastic. Hawkins clinic is one of the very best clinics in London and Surrey. Azra's ability to assess each individual's requirement whether it be for facial treatments, body treatments, personalised skin care products and/or manicures/pedicures or eyelash/eyebrow shaping is unparalleled and she has trained her staff in the same way. Customer service is caring and supportive. Dr Guiseppe travels from Italy once a month to do all the fabulous aesthetic work at the clinic. You do have to book well ahead as his knowledge and proficiency is well renowned.

I’ve been booking with Gracey & Co for the last three months and the service is always amazing. My nails turn out gorgeous every time and they last up to four weeks without any issues. I’m always so happy with the results. 💅🏼 Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable go-to nail tech in London. The fact that she offers in-house appointments is such a bonus too!
