Jess was, as always, brilliant. I was added to her list at short notice because I needed my hair to be done for an event later this week. I showed her a picture of the outfit I'd be wearing and she immediately knew the sort of look I was going for. She did my hair beautifully and I can't wait for the event.

Very happy with the pedicure Helen does for me. Lovely young lady very thoughtful and that means a lot as I am getting on in years.

Helen is an amazing therapist. I always leave feeling well pampered, and today was no exception. Whether it be a manicure, pedicure, facial or lash/brow tint - I would recommend them all.

I've been having treatments with Lorraine for nearly a year now for my regular facials, body massages and pedicures. On every treatment, she always makes me feel so relaxed and calm and yet rejuvenated afterwards. She is so lovely, gentle and always listen and personalise my treatments to what I needed. Nothing is too much trouble for her! Her cabin is such a calm and tranquil place, as soon as I get there even before she starts my treatment, I already feel relax and at ease. I highly recommend her and give her a five star rating.

I have been many places for a pedicure and I will say that this is one of the best. Attention to detail is amazing.

Absolutely amazing service from Alina. Apart from the fact that she’s very friendly and I always feel very welcome and comfortable she’s also a true professional, I always leave the salon very happy with the results. Everything is very clean and sterile and she’s very careful and patient with my requests and does exactly what I ask for. I do my manicure , pedicure and lash extensions with her and I can’t recommend her enough. Thanks Alina for the best service !!!! 🤩

First experience of a proper manicure and pedicure as a Mother's Day gift from my family. Don't normally bother about my nails apart from cutting them. Enjoyed it so much I booked up again yesterday. Helen was excellent. Professional, friendly and skillful. She made sure I was comfortable and double checked I was happy with my chosen nail colours and willing to remove it if I wasn't happy after she'd started. I'm considering a gift voucher for my friend. The new premises are also really nice. I highly recommend Helen Elizabeth Beauty.
