What a lovely place. So relaxing. Maya was very welcoming and friendly. She is very informative and gave great advice. Had a llovely pedicure with gel and eyebrow wax. Delighted with both. Have booked again for french polish

Had my manicure and pedicure done by Vicky and couldn't be happier! She was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I sat down, and the results were exactly what I asked for. There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. They are different from other hair salons that have a one nail table and few colors ..so I recommend to anyone local customer around this shop also I come from city centre Birmingham it was 3 mailege but it's worth

Excellent, kind, understanding, caring, very knowledgeable. I am so humbled by Daine she is a amazing lady so calm and reassuring. After a very tough journey of hair loss and spending thousands of pounds with hair clinic in Birmingham with no results was devastating. I felt my vulnerability was used for them to make money. My Confidence was very low. Diane not only provided me with a solution she even gave me concrete advise and direction to encourage my hair growth. Walked out the salon with tears of happiness and was just wowed. I look forward to my next appointment. Thank you Diane x

Friendly atmosphere, fabulous nail art deaigns from all staff. Salon Will always try to accommodate. Ive been attending this salon and their previous one for years. Even though ive moved out the area to the other side of Birmingham I still make time in my schedule to attend an appointment as finding a good nail technician is priceless. 🖤💅

Maya is a perfectionist in every sense of the word, she is truly amazing, my skin is glowing, my eyebrows look the best they’ve ever looked, and her pedicures are beautiful, all in all what a wonderful pamper session I had with this lovely lady 🥰

As always Harps is very good at what she does. I’ve been getting full body waxes from her since last year and she’s the least painful waxed I’ve had but also the most affective. Harps has also been very informative during my pregnancy and helped me to understand my hair growth and helped me sort a new routine for my waxes during pregnancy. Not only are harps’ waxes good but I had a pedicure today which almost put me to sleep it felt so comforting. My feet feel brand new which is saying a lot as my feet were very dry and hard.

Diane is wonderful! She is excellent at what she does. I have been suffering from extreme hair loss, and thanks to her expertise, no one can tell that I'm wearing a hair topper it looks completely natural.
