I had a menopause massage with Rachel and this was a first for me. It was very relaxing and they use essential oils and different pressure points to help alleviate the symptoms that come with menopause. Going to Urban Retreat is always a lovely experience and it’s a beautiful set up and the staff are all so lovely. Thank you for looking after me 🥰xx

Lovely visit with Lyndsay, love my nails but next time I’ll be more adventurous … maybe!

Went and got a pedicure with the gels, was fitted in with a couple of days notice which was amazing and the girl was very helpful with colours! Overall very happy with the whole experience

Had a pedicure from Tracey and it was really enjoyable. She was very attentive and makes you feel so relaxed.

First time at urban retreat, had a warm welcome by the staff at the desk who kindly showed me around. I went for a pedicure & a pregnancy massage by beauty therapist Tracey who was so warm and welcoming. Tracey made me feel so at ease and comfortable during my treatments. The massage was very accommodating to the pregnant body so mindful to positions and comfort as priority. The most relaxed I’ve been for months! Highly recommend, will definitely return for further treatments.

So good to get a pedicure with the lovely Lynsey, my feet feel refreshed, soft and renewed, not to mention beautifully polished toenails, definitely recommend it 😍
