The team is very accommodating and feelt very comfortable at this spa. Almost as if I am with family. They went the extra mile for birthdays (gave this as a birthday gift). Will definitely return.

Experience is great .. wonderful team and space.. Disappointed at the lack of parking and mismanagement of the service. They rely on one parking assistant who is sent out for errands and the are is quite restricted with parking space. Apart from that it’s superb!

Greet Spa treatment, had 2 hr package which included 1 hr Hammam followed by 1 hr body massage. Really friendly, attentive and professional spa staff, great results... will definitely try again on next visit.

A woonderful experierence. Had a couples retreat with 60 minutes couples massage and 60 minutes SPA Suite with private jacuzzi. We celebrated my wife‘s Birthday and she was overwhelmed by the lovely surprise. Suite was decorated with rose leaves and got a nice sweet birthday surprise. Massage was truly relaxing. Thank you for the great service.

I had an incredible massage with Puspa – truly one of the best I’ve ever experienced. She has a wonderful touch, a calming presence, and an amazing sense for exactly where tension sits. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Dreamworks Spa for few years now, not a regular customer but once awhile. And after getting by Ratna, I have been consistently being booking her. Shes an amazing therapist. She finds spasms and knots easily and breaks them up efficiently. Shes very professional and does an amazing job. 5 stars for her any time. Teresa, the receptionist, is very customer friendly. Ever smiling and very courteous.

Speechless. My spouse and I had a celebration and this was the best experience our entire trip in Dubai. We did the wedded couple package and enjoyed every moment. Cham Cham and SEM gave amazing massages and facials. They also catered 2 rounds of tea, a birthday cake and a fruit platter. This could never compare in Canada. Additionally, Cham Cham recommended some great products for my skin after going to work on my face. 1000/10. Service, cleanliness, results, privacy, high quality and definitely demure. Dubai may be far, but I know anytime I come back, it will be here.

Great service affordable packages and friendly staff.

Fantastic experience from checking in to check out. The spa was great, as was the daily breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the shower was huge! Specifically, the staff was amazing. Can't wait to come back soon.

Really enjoyed my spa session the lady was friendly and professional sorry forgot the name.but the therapist who was available on Saturday morning.

Lovely comfortable stay in a good location not too far from everywhere. Would have liked to see ice available in the executive lounge and the shower in the room was only disappointing after I’d used the exceptional showers in the spa. All the staff were friendly and very helpful at all times, I’d be happy to stay again next time I’m stopping in Dubai

Visiting the spa was a wonderful experience. The massage was deeply relaxing, and the ladies providing the treatment were extremely kind and attentive. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcome and well taken care of. The whole stay at the spa was truly delightful – I will gladly come back again!

After my flight to Dubai of more than 16 hours, my back and neck were in tatters, so I made an appointment with Dreamworks Spa and it was a 10/10 experience, super professional and friendly, and above all a massage that was not only relaxing but I asked for the muscular focus and they left me feeling like new.

This was one of my top massages I've ever had in my life! Super easy to book online, super nice ladies, calm atmosphere and the deep tissue massage was more than amazing! Thank you so much! I think I've found my new favourite spa.

Since I am in Dubai, The ZUU Ladies Massage Spa Lounge now the only one, who i visit. I am glad to find the right place where are very professional masseuse. I am grateful to Mona for her rejuvenated massage 💆‍♀️, my whole body feels so good, recovered, relaxed 😌, restarted... her skills about massage for the whole body is hight level..... I do really recommend The ZUU, if you want to get the right professional massage❤️🎁🌺🪷
