Nat was absolutely amazing. She removed my gel nails so carefully and took her time to make sure everything was done properly without damaging my natural nails. She also gave me a lovely manicure and my nails feel so clean and healthy again. She also removed the gel from my toes and was really gentle, professional, and reassuring throughout the whole appointment. The experience was relaxing and I felt completely looked after. For a post Christmas self-care appointment, I couldn't ask for more. Looking at the condition of my skin in the middle of winter I was pleased how healthy it's looking. None of the usual dryness and flaking. Chris carefully administered treatments and advice on care in between appointments have brought a glow, softness and elasticity to my skin I am really pleased with. I'm happy with thinking the only giveaway to my age is the grey hair!
