Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Thank You Sophie for a wonderful experience, looking forward to making my next appointment!!!!

Its my first time having my hair done at a Salon, and my first time experiencing it here at Le Salon was great. Sophie was really lovely and really helpful. Considering how difficult my eyelashes were behaving, not sticking & very stubborn! She did do a lovely job & was VERY patient, Im really happy with how they turned out & so glad I didn’t have to deal with doing my own eyelash lift. Thank you so much!

Excellent groom for my Standard Schnauzer - she is anxious, but they did an amazing job with her - she had a full groom, nails clipped and teeth brushed and we've never had a better cut done for her. 10/10!

Okay, so I finally tried Fraxel Laser at this clinic and I'm so glad I did! Dr. Rolla was amazing — professional, warm, and super reassuring. She walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and made the whole thing way less intimidating than I expected. The results? My skin already looks fresher, smoother, and more glowy — people have actually been asking what I've been doing differently! If you're on the fence about Fraxel Laser, just go for it — and definitely ask for Dr. Rolla. You won't regret it! 🙌
