I’ve been seeing Lauren for regular microneedling appointments for about 4 years. I was sceptical at first, having been told by the NHS for many years that there was nothing they could do for my severe acne scarring. Great experience, very easy to book an appointment online. Very friendly team and appointment wasn't too long. My hair lasted all day despite the heat, usually it would be a frizzy mess but it stayed smooth I was impressed!

I believe this is my 5th visit. I can’t stress how much I feel at ease here, the staff are so friendly and actually make you feel seen, they don’t just rush you in and out, they take their time and make sure you're comfortable. Lauren in particular for me who I’ve mostly been seen to, is great at what she does and is very helpful. The clinic is spotless and very professional all around.

Lauren, is so warm, kind, knowledgable and skillful. I had Botox on my forehead and around my eyes plus a lip flip. It was relatively pain free. I mean the tiniest little tweak. I’ve had Botox elsewhere and it was excruciating. The treatment is perfect and already people are commenting on how well I look. Amazing! Thanks so much Lauren! ⭐️
