What a fantastic day at M-Tokyo. We specifically wanted an authentic Japanese salon, & having an all-Japanese team made it feel truly special. The slight language barrier was actually quite charming & never got in the way of the outstanding service. A huge thank you to Sayo, who took care of a guest’s broken nail with incredible skill. The repair & colour match were absolutely perfect. And thank you to Miru , who was so thorough, patient, and attentive throughout my service. I had an appointment with Granit for a balayage, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. He took his time to really take care of my hair and made sure everything was done with precision and care. The results were amazing, and my hair still feels healthy with no damage at all He truly understood what I was looking for, and confidently told me to trust him, and I’m so glad I did.
