Case was lovely made me feel welcome and comfortable right away, she listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions. The end result she nailed it!! Had the best experience with Laura getting my hair from dark brown box dyed to blonde. She talked me through the best steps for me, and explained everything incredibly well. As it was my first time getting waxed, I was made to feel safe and supported. Dee took the time to talk me through the process and it was as quick and painless as a Brazilian could be. Very knowledgeable about aftercare as well and I walked away enjoying the experience. Can recommend wholeheartedly.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Eve enough! She is absolutely amazing at what she does and always goes above and beyond. Every appointment is such a great experience, and I always leave feeling so confident and in love with my hair. She listens to exactly what I want, gives the best advice, and her attention to detail is incredible.
