Chelsea is amazing. It is obvious why she is a manager. She always does an incredible job and she has created me and an outstanding skin care / skin maintenance product routine. She has extensive knowledge of my skin needs and always goes out of her way to make my skin care products accessible and available to me. Chantilly Newcastle is highly recommended (Chelsea).

Anette not only cuts and colours my hair but she also looks after my daughter. My daughter has corkscrew curls. Anette is so warm and smiley which is so nice for a toddler to feel safe but as a parent, makes me so appreciative of the little extra mile taken. As always, Anette is the best in Newcastle, hands down! Cannot recommend her more highly.

I recently had my hair washed and blow-dried, and this was my third visit to the salon for this service. Each time has been consistently fantastic. I love booking in every three weeks — or before special events — because it helps me feel refreshed, confident, and put together. The service is always professional, relaxing, and finished beautifully. It truly is the best value for money in the Newcastle region. I always leave feeling amazing and already looking forward to my next appointment!

Very happy with my eyebrows done by Jacina at Kobie’s Beauty Escape. She was friendly, took her time, and was happy to accommodate my medical needs by doing my brows while I sat in a chair instead of the beauty bed. Great service and I’ll definitely be back!

My friends have been raving on about Cassie for years and now she’s working in Newcastle. I was so excited she’s opened her books up to new clients in her new area! I have actually never had a hairdresser lift my blonde to such a clean, clean blonde that didn’t need overtorning. I am so happy. She also talked me through every step and made me feel so comfortable with every question I had!

Danielle always does such an incredible job! I’ve been a long term client of hers and will continue returning to Black Foxx so long as she’s there. Best hair colourist in Newcastle - I always leave with the most incredibly blended blonde highlights, which grow out so naturally. Couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you Danielle 😊

I always have such a great experience here. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, and every visit is relaxing from start to finish. My stylist always takes the time to listen to what I want and does an amazing job every time. I always leave feeling happy and confident.
