Friendly and professional. Sophie is very knowledgeable. Amazing products. I feel very comfortable visiting and am able to ask any questions, which Sophie as able to answer about any skin care products

Having had many, many facials over the years I am delighted to say I would give Maisie a 110% feedback. Never have I had a facial like it, no wonder it’s called “ indulgence “ An hour and a half of pure relaxation! Maisie is a truly talented therapist who clearly puts her everything into her treatments. She is a lovely young lady with a bright future. I look forward to my next facial in a months time. I had a pedicure, which was lovely, my feet feel wonderful. I also had my fingernails filed, then a base coat and top coat applied. Thank you Tracy for a really good job. I said before that if you left your previous place of work I would follow you, and I did.

I had a pedicure with Maisie today. I am so thrilled with the service she gave. The massage was an added bonus and the french polish was done perfectly. I wish her well in her career.

Cherish actually opened the door and welcomed me today, which was very thoughtful of her as I an disabled. I didn't have to wait long until Catherine appeared, then as usual, she assisted me in sitting at her work place. I had my nails, feet and eyebrows made beautiful by Catherine today, in a lovely quiet relaxed salon. My experience made me feel very special and happy, I look forward to my monthly visit to see Catherine very much.
