Rhiannon smashed it once again. Couldn’t ever go anywhere else for my nails now. I moved to Stevenage a few months ago and was trying to find a new nail tech. I had my microneedling and dermaplaning treatment with Francesca today, and it was such a great experience! She was kind, friendly, and very professional throughout. Francesca took her time and followed every step carefully while making sure I was comfortable the whole time. The clinic was clean, calm, and welcoming, which made the visit even better. I’m new in town, and I’m so glad I found the right place on my first visit. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend her.

I had a fantastic experience with the permanent hair removal. From the very first meeting, I was impressed by Andreea’s professionalism and kindness. Very clean, staff wore gloves and masks throughout treatments, I was a little scared before hand but was made very comfortable and reassured through out my treatment ( i got hii pen no needle filler) 😁

I’m back for my third round of microneedling and couldn't be happier. Each session has built on the last, and the 'glow' I have now is permanent rather than just post-facial. Francesca really knows what shes doing, and she tailored the intensity of the treatment as my skin has gotten stronger. If you're on the fence, definitely commit to a series of sessions—it's worth it
