I was so lost with my skin before Grace. I’m nearly 30 and have always struggled with breakouts and annoying little skin issues and not known how to resolve them. I previously had a skin advice consultation with Grace, which was SO valuable, and I knew then that I wanted to treat myself to Grace’s facials. And it absolutely is the best treat ever. A lovely experience every time - I come away glowing and feeling like I know more about my skin than ever. Grace is super professional, knowledgeable and talented, and also extremely warm and friendly. I would recommend without hesitation.

Super friendly and relaxing atmosphere. I have curly/wavy hair and she did a great job at fixing my layers. A better diffuser hairdryer and staff training on how to diffuse curly/wavy hair would, in my opinion, excel the services offered by the salon. Thanks again❤️❤️❤️

Every appointment with Grace is a treat (this was my third facial), and her beautiful dedicated skincare studio has elevated things to a new level. I had the Level 2 facial on this occasion and it was such a relaxing, indulgent experience. I always take before & after photos which speak for themselves but I also left feeling amazing! What sets Hands apart is the technical, expert nature of Grace’s treatments. As well as feeling pampered, the treatments and products used are really tailored for your skin type and improving your skin concerns. I couldn’t recommend Grace enough!

From the pre-appointment form where Grace even asks if you would like to chat or not, you can tell she pays attention to the smallest details. It was my first facial after a routine consultation with Grace a year ago (if you never had a routine consultation with her please book it NOW because it will change your life). Amazing place😍, the haircut was top tier and amazing. First was the most relaxing hair wash which sent my friend off to sleep and a treatment which left her hair feeling so soft, the hairstylist was so precise, he did an amazing job my friend loves her haircut. The pedicures were amazing and so relaxing our feet felt like fresh baby skin after and our toes look amazing. She also got her nails done and they came out FAB. Not only were the services amazing but the customer service was so friendly and welcoming they also make you teas and coffees which is thoughtful. Would definitely recommend💕

I’ve been seeing Grace for a year now, and I can honestly say my skin has never looked better. Before I started regular Level 2 facials, I struggled a lot with my skin. But after consistent treatments, my skin is noticeably clearer, calmer, and smoother. I’ve seen a significant improvement in my complexion, with far fewer breakouts, reduced redness, and a more even skin tone. I also feel like my skin has a healthy glow now, something I hadn’t had in a long time. Grace genuinely listens to my concerns, and the trust we've built has led me to recently start my microneedling treatments with her.
