Alice was extremely good. I think she is the best beautician I have ever met here in London for hair removal. She was very gentle and understood very well my concerns (c-section scar). Thank you Alice, I will certainly come back to see you again :-)

Didi is the best facialist in London. I have facials monthly and always try new therapists but keep coming back to Didi. She helps me completely switch off. I have adhd and I find it hard to relax but Didi instantly does this. Her pressure is amazing and she's constantly giving 100%. I feel great. Thanks Didi xx

I’ve had both microneedling and Botox with Anita, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. She’s so knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about getting the best results. Sam is such a skilled therapist I had massage from her once in Jan and had to come back again. I was suffering from migraine on the day due to heat and she done such a fabulous head massage. I have had many massages in london and abroad on holidays and must say I've never had one as good as this one. Thanks very much Sam.

Had my 2nd Japanese spa treatment with Kelly today. All I can say is WOW! As a person with Afro hair that is delicate and easily tangled, Kelly would be the most gentle and skilled person that has ever handled my hair. I am really pleased to have discovered and visit this salon, despite my 1.5hour travel from outside London albeit well worth it! With their professionalism and impeccable service, I’d consider the salon a hidden gem on the High Street. I’m definitely going to book my third visit shortly.

Absolutely amazing. The facial is so technically good, but also the combination of the setting looking out onto the forest , the natural products and Helena’s naturally peaceful temperament resets your whole body as well as giving yuh glowing skin.
