I was nervous because it was my first wax in a while, but Rakhi made the experience so stress-free. You can tell that she’s very experienced so I knew I was in the right hands. The most efficient wax I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend!

First time visiting Izabella and I couldn’t of felt more welcome and relaxed. Spoke in depth and made a treatment plan customised to my skin concerns and type, and advised on how to maximise the benefits of the facial. I couldn’t recommend Resian enough! She is such a calm, patient and knowledgeable trainer. She explained everything in depth and made sure I understood every step before moving on. She answered all my questions and whenever I was overthinking, she reassured me and gave me confidence. She created such a welcoming learning environment and was so accommodating throughout the course. I left feeling confident and excited to start my brow journey. I would highly recommend Resian to anyone looking to train with her! 💕

My first ever fillers today. Excellent treatment from the lovely Molly. She was so kind and professional and explained the process every step of the way putting me at ease. Full of knowledge and the client really is her number one priority. The immediate result is amazing and I can't wait for any swelling to subside to see the full effect. I can truly recommend, so much so I am going back in a month for eye treatment. 10/10

From bridal makeup trials to pre wedding facials I can not recommend Izabella enough! So professional but also makes you feel so comfortable, relaxed and she’s so lovely. My skin already looks so amazing from my facials! I can not wait to see my final makeup on my wedding day with the amazing results I’ve had from my hydro facials and micro-needling. It is a must for any bride to be not only really works but it’s also a nice hour of relaxation building up to the big day xx So all my brides to be get booked in you will not regret it ! Excellent service from nikki she went above & beyond my son's severe eczema really improved after first appt of light therapy not just his physical appearance but the pain too & also went out of her way to source some serum to further improve his condition & offer additional things he could do to help it.
