I went to Lisa for microneedling. I'd never had it done before and didn't know what to expect. Lisa was lovely, explained the procedure and put me at ease. I only had it done last night and I can already see results.

I had a microneedling session with Hannah at Flawless Aesthetics 4 weeks ago. I’ve struggled with breakouts in the past, and since the treatment, my skin has really calmed down. Redness went away after a couple of days, and over the weeks my skin has got smoother, pores tightened, and old scars started fading. My skin looks fresher and healthier now. Frist impressions when you walk in to the bespoke built therapy space are of calmness, cosiness and serenity. Lisa instantly makes you feel at ease; she is kind, friendly and professional. I had the bruccal facial because I have TMJ and have suffered lock jaw a couple of times. This was completely new to me but it was a wonderful experience. Lisa explained everything and talked me through each technique prior to carrying it out. I have learned techniques to relieve jaw/joint pressure which I can do myself each. It was also a very relaxing experience too.

Lauren is super professional and super friendly! I couldn’t fault anything! She was absolutely fantastic and I love my lashes! 10/10 would recommend!
