Excellent, kind, understanding, caring, very knowledgeable. I am so humbled by Daine she is a amazing lady so calm and reassuring. After a very tough journey of hair loss and spending thousands of pounds with hair clinic in Birmingham with no results was devastating. I felt my vulnerability was used for them to make money. My Confidence was very low. Diane not only provided me with a solution she even gave me concrete advise and direction to encourage my hair growth. Thank you, Lilly, for my amazing microneedling session today! My skin already feels incredible, and I was genuinely shocked at how glowy my face looked after just one treatment. Lilly took the time to explain the aftercare and recommend specific products, which was so helpful. She was careful and precise with everything she did, and her knowledge really put me at ease. Everything was sterile — she even unpackaged all the needles in front of me so I could see they were fresh and new. Thank you again for such a fantastic treatment. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Amazing, I was super sensitive to the pain. My practitioner was super sweet about it. Encouraging me to take breaks and assuring me everything was okay. I felt so secure and welcome. My lips look gorgeous. Super impressed with my results.

Diane is wonderful! She is excellent at what she does. I have been suffering from extreme hair loss, and thanks to her expertise, no one can tell that I'm wearing a hair topper it looks completely natural. Another amazimg experience. From having my skin repaired to fixing my nose that I have always hated and thought there was no way to fix it except via surgery. With a bit of filler i now have the nose I have always wanted As usual Kyomi was patient and very helpful,put me at ease so much, that i went ahead with it there and then. Saw results instantly, cant wait to see end results🙌😊😊😊 thank you Kyomi 🙏 ❤️

I have to say, Su asked what I would like, for once I said whatever you think is best. She knows the complication and how to solve the roots - I have full faith in her expertise . If you have grey hair and want it to look trendy and smart, this lady does it well everytime. I can't praise her enough, or the apprentices under her guidance. (Edited to correct typo)
