Awesome experience! It was my first eyebrows treatment so I was kind of fearful about the pain and end result. Nana is very patient and polite. She explained the procedure clearly so it put me at ease. The treatment room is bright and cosy with smoothing music. I find it comfortable during the treatment, the pain was manageable due to the numbing cream. The end result was a natural look
