Dana was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable, she made the experience fun, informative and we even though there were four of us in the group we all felt like it was a one on one session when it was our turn. We booked to make 2 lip glosses and 2 lipsticks but my daughter changed her mind but changing to 3 glosses and 1 lipstick was no trouble at all. The space is really lovely, great location, it was an awesome treat for me and my mum, sister and daughter for Christmas. Thank you so much Dana and Liplab x

Very comfortable experience during tattooing with the numbing applied beforehand for a good amount of time to ensure treatment was painless. Ellie was so wonderful and caring - the best service I have received as a client anywhere and I will be highly recommending her services.

Fantastic experience! Tara (and her team) took the time to really understand what I wanted, making great recommendations about what would work best for me, my skin and colouring, and my lifestyle. The Custom Kit gave means I now range of products that not only suit me, but I'm happy to use every day (thanks also to the education Tara provided along the way). Thanks for making things so easy! Can't recommend The Lip Lab enough!

Every time I go to the Sjin Room, I leave happy and a little tidier! Shelley is excellent at her job and doesn't try to upsell - perhaps suggests other treatments but never in a pushy way! I 'm a happy customer!

Incredible! The Team at Lip Lab never disappoint. It was a great event for a Hen's night. Everyone had fun designing lipsticks. Always love coming back here and the new location is stunning, easy to access and roomy for a group.

Warm.friendly and helpful. Authentic caring demeanor..Her interaction instills a great sense of integrity..I feel she has my best interest at heart and thats not always offered in this industry or in general. The business also offers a receipt and care plan after every visit standard protocol yet not understood nor offered in some cases ..so hats off to you all. Not mention the salon is impeccable

We had a group of 4 of us attend The Lip Lab to do a workshop to make our own lipsticks. We each designed our whole item from colours, to base, to shimmer & glitter and the extra special add ins before being presented with our own individualised lipstick. It was great fun, we learnt lots, our teachers were fantastic and to top it all off we did a little in-store shopping to use alongside our new lipsticks. We would absolutely recommend this as a great girls day activity!! The only negative is that you have to wait 24 hours before you can use your lipstick!! ;) lol
