From the moment I walked in, the room was set in such a calming way and instantly made me feel relaxed. I discussed my concerns and what outcome I wanted from my experience and instantly Millie knew what she needed to do. My whole experience was just what I needed and I’m so glad that I have started this journey with her after mulling over it for so long. I had the diamond facial, just what my face craved after two weeks in the sun. Millie is friendly and talks you through every step. I felt so relaxed and had minimal downtime from the treatment. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely loved my facial today. I've had facials before, but this felt so much more personalised. She did a skin analysis first, listened to my concerns and what I wanted to achieve, and then tailored everything to my skin. The treatment was so relaxing, and the complimentary massage was amazing. My skin feels so soft, and glowy now. I left feeling like I'd had a complete reset! She also gave me some skincare recommendations which were really helpful. I've already booked my next appointment and I'm so excited to come back. Thank you so much!

I got a last minute booking for my waxing and within the time allocated, Nicola managed to wax my leg and do a Brazilian for me. In conversations, I realised it was actually the same salon I use to go to at Fulwood. I was dead happy to be back with them. Really grateful for the friendly and wonderful service.

Heather always gives the best facials and takes care of you from the moment you walk through the door, she's kind, welcoming and super friendly, I have never once felt judged. She is so gentle, but thorough in how she gives facials, and you can clearly tell just how passionate she is about skincare. I wouldn't want to go to anyone else and would recommend Heather to anyone seeking skincare advice or specialised facials. Thank you so much Heather.
