I've left reviews before but this one is for the new Diamond Dermabrasion Facial. I've never had one of these before but as my skin matures and seems to develop new lumps and bumps daily I thought I'd give it a go. It's a different sensation, but not an unpleasant one, and as with all of Lauren's treatments you are in an environment where you feel totally relaxed. The following morning my skin feels smoother and looks brighter. Would recommend.

I’ve been having classic b-curl lash extensions for a couple of years, but this was my first visit to Charlotte for them. They look amazing 🤩 On a freezing cold day, the cabin was so warm and cosy that I ended up dropping off to sleep during the treatment.

As always, love my nails after being done by Claire with Shellac. I have very weak nails but she has tried various things to make my nail colour last as long as possible, without chips. I think she's finally cracked it. The choice of colours are extensive too, so you will never be bored.

Charlotte is my go to person for all things nails and skincare! I love the relaxed, cosy atmosphere in the retreat. The facials are blissful and my nails always look incredible! Charlotte always keeps on top of the latest treatments and is super knowledgable! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
