Absolutely lovely experience at Image and I absolutely love my hair. I used to come several years ago for Kate and she always gave me a lovely balayage and cut but then I moved away. After moving back to London I decided to come back but unfortunately Kate was fully booked so I went with Dara instead. She was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job with my hair - I love it!! Super down to earth and made me feel super relaxed. Couldn't recommend this salon enough whether you end up booking with Kate or Dara (and I'm sure everyone else is fab too). I will definitely be back!

Did my first session of microdermabrasion, which i got instant results to lighten up my hyperpigmentation. Being a woman of colour I really wanted someone who understands my skin, texture and Natasha did just that. From the get go customer service is delivered. They offered me and my mother chilled water after all it is summer. Making sure we’re relaxed and pre-prep before we entered our session. Thank you for hospitality and guidance of aftercare. I will surely recommend your services.

Had my eyebrows micro-bladed by Mel, was really nervous, but Mel listened to my concerns and created the natural brow I asked for. I’ve had so many compliments since. So happy with the service and the results, I would highly recommend.

Jale is nothing short of a miracle worker - she makes my skin clear and my eyebrows sharp! Every treatment I’ve ever had over the last 10 years has been perfection, I regularly fall asleep while I’m there 🤣 but it’s always such a wonderful experience. Believe it or not I come for a cut and style at Image London all the way from the States I love the pixie style haircuts Jason has done. My son lives around the corner from the salon, and one day in 2022 I walked in without a appointment asking if someone could cut my hair. I was lucky enough to get Jason,. I’ve been in 3 times in the last year for a pixie cut. I always get compliments after my visit. I’m so glad my son and his family live close by. Everyone at the salon is so kind.

Today i had the last session of the Microneedling and i couldn't be happier. When started my face was full of acne,patches, red points and Today when i see it is shiny, healthy and glowing. Thanks to Zornitsa, she suggested me this treatment and she was so professional at it,she did a great job and i can see the results 🥰🥰 Love her ❤️
