I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I had a really great experience with Sukhi. She was extremely professional, and it was the first time I’d had eyebrow mapping, including shaping. She explained every step of the process and carried everything out with great care and attention to detail. She was also quick and efficient, while making sure I was comfortable throughout.
