Caryn was brilliant, from the minute she welcomed me in I felt comfortable and at ease. Everything about the treatment was explained to me and she regularly checked in to see I was okay to continue. Treatment was amazing and I’m super happy with the results, and that’s before it’s healed. Caryn was like a fountain of knowledge when it comes to skincare and our inner workings and I absolutely loved blethering and taking on board the knowledge she provided. Highly highly recommend!

Man oh man. Have just been for a massage and facial with Hannah and an hour later, I still feel like I’m floating. It was a quick hello, got everything how I wanted (heated blanket on!) then straight down to business meaning every minute of the appointment was used for the treatment. Even with very little chat, Hannah made me feel exceptionally comfortable which I’d say is a skill in itself. My friend gifted me the experience today as a treat but this is going to be a regular thing for me!!
