I attended ClincTwenty2 to have my semi-permanent eyebrows removed. The lady that carried out the treatment was very professional. She asked me pertinent questions and was very approachable and friendly. She gave me an ice pack to use before and after the treatment, which worked so well numbing the area, I didn't have any pain both during and after treatment. She gave me full aftercare instructions and a pot of cream to use, as she said the area may become dry. Her rates are extremely good and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I was recommended to her and I can absolutely see why. She took extra care around my C-section scar when I told her I was nervous, and she made me feel completely at ease. She’s honestly brilliant—probably the best waxer in Cardiff. If anyone is looking for someone professional, gentle, and genuinely lovely to be around, I highly recommend her!

Hannah is absolutely lovely—so accommodating and instantly makes you feel comfortable. She does an amazing job with my eyebrows, even after years of over-plucking them in the ‘90s!

Wonderful Experience, Michelle is a perfectionist in all her treatments. I have had Microblading, Medical Pedicure, Bio Sculpture Gel and lash and brow lift. I even signed up for her Loyalty Card. I won't go to anyone else.

I've recently had lip blush 💋 and powder brows with Naomi, and absolutely love them. I'm a 50 year old woman and my brows were looking. ...well they were invisible, and now it actually looks like I have eyebrows, but very very natural. And my lips have a flush of beautiful colour. I'm very happy and much more confident, and actually I'm now not wearing make up because I don't have to pencil my brows in every day. I love them, thank you Naomi you are very talented 🙏💝

Cherri is a little brow genius. I absolutely love my new brows, so much so I could have crashed my car driving home as I kept looking at them in the mirror 😂😂 jokes ! Cherri talked me through everything and was so lovely. I couldn’t recommend The Brow Loft enough as the place to go if you want fantastic brows.

Amazing experience having my eyebrows lasered. She made me feel at ease and was very patient with me as I was needing a lot of breaks. Very detailed explanations and after care advice given. Highly recommend.

Went for my top up which I didn’t realise how much I needed until I had my brow retouch .. instantly look 100% better … so pleased yet again and another lovely warm welcome from Cherrie who always puts you at ease and makes you feel like an old friend who cares about your whole experience and the finer details so nothing is left to chance. Would highly recommend this lovely lady to anyone who is looking for wonderful brows!

Highly recommend Cherri and her brow loft. She is a lovely lady who makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door and into her beautiful home. Very professional and experienced, she pays incredible attention to the smallest of details. Exactly what you would expect /want when getting your eyebrows microbladed. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I actually waited over a year to see Cherri again after having my baby boy. She went above and beyond all of my expectations. You will not find anyone as passionate about making your eyebrows as perfect as they can possibly be! Get booking!

Cherri at The Brow Loft is the consumate professional with a relaxed and friendly approach she put me totally at ease. After years of the daily faff of pencil brows I’m absolutely loving my new natural looking brows. I would highly recommend The Brow Loft and wont go anywhere else in future!
