Facial with head massage, waxing and gel pedicure. I love my monthly pamper sessions with Rachel. She is a lovely person who makes you feel at ease , very professional and we have a laugh. Keep doing what you do as you’ve got the balance right. Plus you’ve had your business for 5 years now so you must be doing it right. Xx

The fabulous Marie and the purple palace has once again waved the fairy godmother wands over my nails! Tea, biscuits, a good chit chat and discussing classical music. Just amazing! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Tranquility Room: the purple palace where relaxation is accomplished and dreams and designs come true! To be pampered… this is the only place for ‘me time’. Beautiful and the hard working princesses astonish me every time. Loving, caring and thoughtful, considerate and understanding. Simply wonderful. X

I loved the elim pedicure I had today with Gina, I was pleasantly surprised (and horrified) by the way my dead skin and callouses were melted away leaving my feet baby soft. I feel like I'm walking on clouds! Thanks Gina ❤️

I had the master of Definition (Oran) to do my top up and he lived up to my nickname for him. He was absolutely brilliant. Explained everything felt really at ease with him. Couldn’t recommend all of the clinicians at Definition more they are all amazing!!

My partner got a hot stone massage from Anette & said its one of the best massages he’s received. I had a tarot card reading & Anette was amazing. I got in depth reading, she was caring, detailed & made me feel so relaxed & at ease.

Rachel was fantastic as always, I wouldn't go anywhere else. She really gets to know you and focuses on your personal needs. I have recommended Rachel to many friends. I also remember Rachel once mentioned she has a client who drives an hour each way for her - If that's not a demonstration of how good Rachel is, I don't know what is.

Relaxing, fulfilling, invigorating and so much more than I’d hoped it would be. Cannot recommend Annette enough!
